March 22, 200917 yr best are plates. iron plates are the cheapest/slowest (use the plates as junk so you will lose a minimum), otherwise try mith/addy plates. good way also is mining addy/coal or mith/coal and using superheat... u gain money and ur mage goes up, but it is realy slow [hide]visage drop 11/01/09goals:all skills 70+ (completed)all skills 80+98% Of teenagers surround their minds with rap music, if you're part of the 2% that stayed with rock, put this in your signature, ROCK IS BETTER![/hide]

March 22, 200917 yr Platebodies are fast, but you lose a lot. Superheating mith bars is decently fast, and you lose very little money, you might even turn a profit. You could also superheat adamant bars, I don't know much about the losses for those though, sorry.

You could also superheat adamant bars, I don't know much about the losses for those though, sorry. addy bars atm are-(calced from market price) is 20gp loss/bar same as mith but more xp (sometimes u can profit up to 100gp/bar) 1100 total achieved 03/02/09 880thousandth to reach it :P1200 total achieved 29/09/11 1.23millionth to reach it :P
