For instance...let's say I want to host a Gilded Alter Open House...can I run back and forth to the bank and use my Alter as well?...or do I have to stay within the confines of my House so everyone else can enter? Can you allow those on your Friend's list to use your house in Yanille even if you are at the GE in Varrok? Please let me know what is or is not possible. Thanks! So basically if you want to be generous, you either have to stand around, alch, or attach arrow heads or feathers or something. Kind of pointless, I think they should allow people to enter your house for maybe a minute or two after you leave so you can train prayer at the same time as your friends. JoeDaStudd Posted March 25, 2009 Share Posted March 25, 2009 I've been to a few open houses (almost all to use the gilded altar) and the host generally just alchs next to the burners, relighting them as needs be (with donations ensuring they always have some marentills on hand). I think a PoH is the only place you can alch without a random getting you (this might have changed though).
