March 25, 200917 yr Ok so i am right behind the windwill, opposite the champions guild on a free server. All i see farquie the cleaner, but no shop or deposit box where tip.it says it is located at. Please help me find it, and the deposit box to. Do i got to do a quest or something for it to appear?
