Rune Gaunts

Featured Replies

Can I just buy them from the GE worn out and would it have the same stats as brand new ones or would I have to obtain them from FOG myself in order to reap the maximum benefits?

They have lower stats if they are worn out.

Ah, this reminds me about the noob on the Runescape forums who was upset with the quest "Cold War" because apparently his grandparents died in the war. :wall:

But if I obtain them myself from FOG or buy them worn out and recharge them, they will never wear out?

They're fairly easy to obtain from FOG...just a few games really...didn't take me long

They don't wear out in the same way that barrows and the other fog pieces do, but if you buy from GE they will be worn out.

You can save some time by buying from GE and then fixing using less fog points or you can simply play a bit more fog and buy them using only points. Either way, they're worthfile for f2pers and should then keep forever as long as you dont die wearing them

Some games do not mix...

Rune gauntlets are your best bet if you're f2p. They're an essential piece of kit, and don't cost much either for the defence bonuses they give \' All you need to do is buy them off GE then get the points to recharge them, and then just don't die with them on. They wont degrade unless you die.

Reacting impulsively and saying what's on your mind feels oh so good.. for a little, until you realize you just started WWIII.
