Just RuneScape or general gaming? The specs you listed would be good, for a computer about 8 years ago or so.

These look like a good buy to me: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6834220488

$999

Intel Core 2 Duo P8600 (2.40GHz)

14.1" Wide XGA, 1280 x 800

4GB DDR2 RAM

320GB 7200rpm HDD

NVIDIA 9650M GT 1GB

The laptop littleboy posted only has Intel Integrated graphics so would be poor for running games.

Hehe, same one that my brother bought, this laptop is a very good laptop.

I have an older Asus laptop with a little lower specs, and I have never had any problems with Asus products.

This guy doesn't need a high-spec laptop, he just wants to play some good old Runescape HD, right? Then there's no need to bang out 10 bills if he's never gonna full use it. Let me find something for you. Tell me where you live, and I'll find a good one for you online.

A second one in $500 - $750 range. Slightly better than the one you listed, at the same price as "buy it now": http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6834114631

$649

AMD Turion X2 Ultra ZM-82(2.20GHz)

15.4" Wide XGA 1280 x 800

3GB DDR2 RAM

320GB 5400rpm HDD

ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650

Tbh I'd avoid buying second hand hardware off eBay. No guarantee if it's broken or not.
