Itsjustagame Posted March 31, 2009 Share Posted March 31, 2009 you said to use a shield with good range defense = granite shield. what other shield then? dragon square or obby? or what I had a whole post saying what shield to use -.- Better yet, here it is: don't use granite shield. It has a -8 range attack. D sq, DFS, or even the spirit shield would be better. I personally would use an unholy book for the prayer bonus and the +8 range attack since I have high defense. krankdatkarl Posted March 31, 2009 Author Share Posted March 31, 2009 the sgs is not of such a great use, only good for healing a little on the lower monsters. also, a dfs cant be borrowd so that isnt an option. also, if u arent taking the sgs, take a whip with u for killing the lvl90s since they got low hp and can easely be KOed in 2hits with a whip. if u cant affort a dfs id go for the blessed spirit shield or the granite shield i thought dfs were lendable,when did this happen? and are you positive Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

homowz Posted March 31, 2009 Share Posted March 31, 2009 u will NOT run out of food, believe me. i did the caves and had some sup restores and 1 full sarabrew left. just dont drink to much 2 often and keep ranging from a safespot (except for the 90) and lure the 180s behind the 360s and you do fine. You cannot borrow a DFS, whether it has 50 charges or 0 charges makes no difference.
