Its too symetrical, the key to realism is imperfections. And shade properly dont just do a darker line on the inside

This isn't meant to demonstrate realism (I don't think). But it's very undetailed. It looks like you only used about 5 colors total (i.e., 2 main colors, 2 darker shades, and the horn-like things on the wings). Add in a little more shading. Besides that, I like the heart-effect of the arms. Finally, the end of the wings seem to be curving back, but it would be nice if the middle appeared to curve forward. Being horrible at bodies and the like myself, I don't know how to do this.

I think it needs better shading and and more imperfections, looks like tou did a side that copied and inverted it.
