March 31, 200917 yr its not an a its THE stone of Jas It was involved in the creation of the world and we known Guthix used it to shape the world. We also know a lunar island touched it and learned magic and that it created rune essence. Equally we known Zamorak used it to become a god (I think they may of also been a mention of Saradomin doing much the same) Guthix used it to end the godwars Basically its an uber powerful magical stone. Well as far as I know from myself and clan mates the level ur boosted to is dependant on you're lvl I was boosted a gd 20 - 30 lvls lwoer than a clan mate with 99 and proximity to the stone has nothing to do with it.
