It's against the rules to leave your computer while the game is playing. If you're at your computer, and just on a different screen, that's ok.

AFK training is Away From Keyboard training. While you are playing on our games, you must be at the computer. Away from keyboard training is not allowed, and you should log out when you leave the computer.

It is stated within the "general" rules of Runescape, not under a specific rule. It is against the rules, also would be hard because after 2 minutes (or is it 5 now) of not moving the mouse you are automatically logged out. Regardless if you get a random it would defeat the purpose, and isn't advisable to do.

It's under the 'no macroing' rule. And you don't get logged out in combat.

quit

How would you get back on your account if you did that? It would be forever logged in, killing bandits.

Its way against the rules. The only reason they extened the time limit so you don't log out from 1 minute to 5 minutes is to be able to look at the forums or something while you are playing at the computer, your not supposed to be away from your computer while logged in at any time. ::'
