This took me a while. 23 Layers in all. Quite a lot of Colour Adjustments on it. Very happy with the outcome.

Too much color adjustments, easily. It doesn't look that good, methinks.

 

It would look better without that square pattern too, methinks.

 

And 23 layers is piece of a cake! I usually get over 30 when I make one for fun.
