April 4, 200917 yr I was just browsing through forums and stuff (some outside tip.it : ) and i noticed the acronym 'IRC' comes up a lot. A quick search on wikipedia shows me its like clan chat, but more efficient? Please could anyone shed some light on the program? And is there a place I can download it?

(mods) Peope who have access in a specfic channel and that servers staff mod (who protects that server) Tip it has a irc server You can access the irc server thru many ways using a internet based irc like the one tip it has or using a program like the one swiftkit has if your more high tech in a sort people use mirc any further questions feel free to pm me

If your browser is Opera, you can type http://irc://irc.tip.it/runescape to your address bar to join the tip.it channel.
