K112
I was just browsing through forums and stuff (some outside tip.it : ) and i noticed the acronym 'IRC' comes up a lot. A quick search on wikipedia shows me its like clan chat, but more efficient? Please could anyone shed some light on the program? And is there a place I can download it? If your browser is Opera, you can type http://irc://irc.tip.it/runescape to your address bar to join the tip.it channel.
