April 4, 200917 yr Months and months and month and months, lets just say a VERY long time. You might as well just get the mining levels yourself because it will be a long time until you can get them through penguin points

April 5, 200917 yr If you are already level 53 in your chosen skill, then you can expect to get 53*25 xp per penguin point. So each week you will get 15*53*25=19875xp. Each time you level, you get a raise and when you hit level 75 you will be up to 28125xp per week. It's easier to get mining xp just by superheating though, and I think you could find a better skill to burn your penguin points on (I burned mine on RC to level 82 for double astrals; now I am burning them on prayer).
