You're assuming that Jagex doesn't know what they're doing, which implies that you do.

 

Compfreak is suggesting that Jagex does know what they are doing and implies they more know than you do; nothing to do with his own intelligence.

 

 

 

so, just take a deep breath and think about the implications and not just the actual words in a post (e.g. "I hate" and "I strongly dislike" are the same thing on paper but give different feelings when being read.)

 

 

 

And just in my opinion, whatever age group/background of any player, I hope that a team of over 400 professionally trained adults knows more than any single person, minor or not.

Accounts that are paid with stolen credit cards won't survive for long enough time to become very high level and complete all quests. RWTers who don't use stolen credit cards are not a problem.
