April 17, 200917 yr Can anyone give me any indication of how often the spec works, and how much extra damage it dose? My range is 61 atm, and I'm wondering weather they are worth using. O.O

April 17, 200917 yr I disagree with that statement, actually. Notice how Emerald bolts' special works about 90% of the time. The Dragon special, as I recall, went off about 5% of the time. 1:20. April 17, 200917 yr Its 1/15 if i'm not wrong. Not worth to use, just use it if its pvp. Use broads instead it will be a lot better and just a bit worse :thumbup:

By definition, anything randomized must have a rate. Ah, this reminds me about the noob on the Runescape forums who was upset with the quest "Cold War" because apparently his grandparents died in the war. :wall:
