April 17, 200917 yr I get the same thing. Just update your Java. Switching to Firefox doesn't help. I'm using it, and it still happens to me. April 17, 200917 yr Add Remove Programs and get rid of all instances of Java. I had 13 at one point. Then re-download and re-install a fresh version. Should work then. Trust the Gene Genie!
