Southeast Alaska, actually. About 2 hours of flying time difference, lol.

 

 

 

And Kajua, you must just be far enough North that you still get them often enough. Lucky.

Absolutely beautiful

When I see them I whistle to them. I was told by a wise man that they dance to whistling. He may be a little batty, but I can't help but whistle when I see them in the sky. They really are beautiful. It's nice to just lay in the snow and watch them in silence. Sadly they don't occur here every night (although a clear sky speckled with stars is nice as well).

I think this is amazing; thank you so much for taking them.

Those are very beautiful photos. I wish I had the money atm for some prints, I'd love to have one on my wall.

Damn, I've gotta see that one day.
