I think it's pretty decent. Two things, though; take down the "sillysamowild" (that is, if that's not a watermark symbol) and the "Oh hey there>:D" header; they're not really necessary and take away from me taking the portfolio seriously. Try to only put up text in two different fonts for consistency, anymore and its overkill and distracting. Maybe fade the background a bit and make it less "busy" and more neutrally organized..otherwise it's pretty decent.

 

 

 

If I pay reformat the bio a bit I'd write it more like this;

 

 

My name is Sam Wild, I'm 13 and live in Glastonbury, England.

 

 

 

I've always been artistic and I've always enjoyed producing art since early 2009. I divulge myself in many different types of digital art such as; digital photography, photo-manipulation, vector-art, graphic/web design and I try to find a way to incorporate a part of each medium into each of my works.

 

 

 

I hope that since you now know a bit about me, you will check out my portfolio. Feel free to check me out on these other following websites, too:

Reason for this generally is to keep it clear, concise and to the point .. this is me, this is what I do, this is how you can contact me, if you like this you can do this...etc so if a potential client or someone who's interested in seeing who you are and what you can do knows where they can see what you do and how to reach you without having to wonder about all the strange little people in glastonbury, england ;)

I think I'll buy a domain, I can incur the costs by mowing the lawn, doing other chores and stuff :

The glow effect on the bio text makes the edges blur into the background more making it harder to read. Don't use smilies.

No, he means in the text, you moved the words down a line by hitting the enter key (as in there's only the word "strange" in one of the lines). :P

I despise the fact that you have all these smileys in there. It makes me not want to take you seriously and it doesn't make you look very professional at all. I'm liking the design, though. The lightbox feature you're trying to incorporate should fit well with the design. But why do you have your heading and little navbar repeat after every section? I don't like it at all and think you should remove that.
