Sy_Accursed
it'd be wise to calculate all possible angles. If it was me I'd first gather the following data: Nat price Shard price Pouch Price Then on each row for specific pouches i'd acquire: Pouch Value Total Shard Cost Shards recovered for trade in Secondary Cost Then the maths bit I'd work out: Total pouch cost to make (sum of shard pouch and seconds) GE sell profit (ge value - pouch cost) Shard trade in profit (value of shards for trade in - pouch cost) Alch profit (alch value - (pouch cost+nat cost) As the odds are the best option will vary from pouch to pouch Operation Gold Sparkles :: Chompy Kills :: Full Profound :: Champions :: Barbarian Notes :: Champions Tackle Box :: MA RewardsDragonkin Journals :: Ports Stories :: Elder Chronicles :: Boss Slayer :: Penance King :: Kal'gerion Titles :: Gold Statue

jjjon123
http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?f=180&t=782319 I already know how to do that  you should have read the question.... 1. or 2. 1,000 F2P Total Level Reached 10/8/10 ! mister_moocky
I did read, and I provided you with a link on how to extract the prices. If you mean you already know that, and want to know how to do basic math, you should of just taken 5 seconds to answer your own question with google, instead of getting cross with me for trying to help with your ill specified question. For microsoft excell it's =(CollumnRow modifiet CollumnRow), for example if you had the ge price of something in A1 and the high alch value in A2 and you wanted to find the difference in A3 you would type =(A1-A2) into the A3. It should be the same for Google Docs. quit

It should be the same for Google Docs. I ALREADY KNOW HOW TO DO SIMPLE MATH I WANTED TO KNOW IF I SHOULD DO OPTION 1. OR OPTION 2. it'd be wise to calculate all possible angles. If it was me I'd first gather the following data: Nat price Shard price Pouch Price Then on each row for specific pouches i'd acquire: Pouch Value Total Shard Cost Shards recovered for trade in Secondary Cost Then the maths bit I'd work out: Total pouch cost to make (sum of shard pouch and seconds) GE sell profit (ge value - pouch cost) Shard trade in profit (value of shards for trade in - pouch cost) Alch profit (alch value - (pouch cost+nat cost) As the odds are the best option will vary from pouch to pouch Besides, this seems like a decent way to make it so my question is answered Thanks Paw_Claw  1,000 F2P Total Level Reached 10/8/10 ! Sy_Accursed
oh btw the method I suggestes is how mine r setup: Gold Charms Crimson Charms Blue Charms Green Charms Yellow highlighted rows note untradable seconds. Red Highlights are as follow: Crimsons: Evil Turnips are often cheaper than Carved ones and it only takes seconds to carve them Goat Horn can be cheaper than Goat Horn Dust and again it only takes seconds to process Bagged Plant 1 can be swapped for Bagged Plant 2 or 3, though 1 is usually cheapest. The Gardener in Falador park may also offer a better price. 10 lots of Granite (500g) is usually more expensive than 1 Granite (5kg), if you can wait for the buy and have patience to chisel it down this saves money. Blue: Jug of Water can be hard to buy, Jugs can easily and cheaply be obtained from most general stores. Humidify or West fally water pump offer a quick way to fill them Green: Grimey Guam can be cheaper than Clean Guam and only takes a few seconds to clean. Buut I think some of the shard trade ins might be off. I assumed they always round down, but I doubt a pouch wuld trade in for 0 shards. But since they r only 25gp ea it makes little impact Operation Gold Sparkles :: Chompy Kills :: Full Profound :: Champions :: Barbarian Notes :: Champions Tackle Box :: MA RewardsDragonkin Journals :: Ports Stories :: Elder Chronicles :: Boss Slayer :: Penance King :: Kal'gerion Titles :: Gold Statue
