What is the highest possible total level for a lvl 3?

In theory it should be ~1594. Not been done yet, to my knowledge, and my math could be off.

-99 for str -99 for att -99 for range -99 for mage -99 for summon -99 for def -99 for pray

 

 

 

also note that slayer would be nearly impossible

 

 

 

edit -around 89 for hitpoints; and you would be able to go up a few while remaining level 3

The max is 1601. With 99 slayer.

A level 3 can't get 99 summoning. Summoning raises combat level. If he wanted to though, he can get like 2 in mage.

(All Stats) - (The 7 Combat Stats) - (Automatic 10 HP) = Total Level

 

 

 

But then, according to Tip.it's trusty combat level calculator, you can have 5 prayer or summoning levels before reaching level 4 Combat level.

 

 

 

So the highest Total Level for a level 3 player is 1606.

 

 

 

PS: Slayer is possible, but extremely difficult. It could only be done with exp lamps.

i just realized something interesting about this as well though...if we're talking about the highest total lvl, temporary lvls could count (such as ones gained from str potions and skill capes), this could increase the max potential total lvl up by another 300 tops....if you used every stat increasing potion at once, while you activated the skill cape's effect of raising a skill +2 over max for a short while...
