So the highest Total Level for a level 3 player is 1606. PS: Slayer is possible, but extremely difficult. foursideking Posted April 26, 2009 Share Posted April 26, 2009 i just realized something interesting about this as well though...if we're talking about the highest total lvl, temporary lvls could count (such as ones gained from str potions and skill capes), this could increase the max potential total lvl up by another 300 tops....if you used every stat increasing potion at once, while you activated the skill cape's effect of raising a skill +2 over max for a short while...
