April 26, 200917 yr Go to green dragons or avvys, make around 300k at your level, then buy whatever junk you want. Trust me its much better then making 100k worth of junk in 1 hour.

The point of junkmaking is to quickly gain bankvalue then make it sellable by sacrafising (sp?) expensive items for lends or something like phats for selling. This way you actually get vallue for your junk and you require no levels for buying it. This can be done by buying Tinderboxed from the General Store in Edgeville or in Varrock. Tinderboxes can easily be sold right back to the stores or sold on the GE over time. P.S. There are no General stores in Edgeville. This way you could bu loads of that item on min and make a profit when trading junk.
