Current best item to high alch: Air Battlestaff Why? Because after taking into account the cost of Nature Runes and how much you pay for the battlestaves on the GE, you only lose 7-10gp, as opposed to Yew Longs, where you lose nearly 150gp or so each. If this is in the wrong section please move, just sharing what I know. EDIT: After checking out the rest of the battlestaves, Water and Earth are also good options with low loss rate.
