May 10, 200917 yr I'm trying to complete all of the achievement diaries, and I currently only have the levels to complete two: the Karamja and Fremennik Province diaries. However, both of these require me to kill a fairly high-level monster. Does anybody have any tips on getting to the l360 Ket-Zek in the Fight Caves and killing a single Mithril Dragon for these diaries? I'd prefer to not buy any overly expensive equipment, if at all possible, though. If you need my stats:
May 10, 200917 yr Well for the 360 part use the fight caves guide in AOW.It isn't that complicated to reach that level.I'd say range with broad bolts(that's what I used anyway). It's only level 32? or so for the 360. For the mith dragon, I ranged it with broad bolts while praying range and eating when the mage attack hit me.If you haven't done the bone pyre ship, there is a barbarian in the middle of the brutal greens that you can kill for the bones.I'll add the map a bit later. [hide=][/hide] The blue pointer is the ladder i used to get to mith dragons. There is a dragon right near the ladder(after you go up).The white dot is where the barbarian is located.Pray melee on him and pick up the mangled bones(they work for the pyre ship).Watch out for the brutal dragons though, they will hit you if you aren't carefull(pray mage+have an antifire shield) when you go past them.Let the barbarian go into the west part of the alcove, then attack him.
May 10, 200917 yr getting till the 360 Ket-Zek is not hard, just take some range gear and safespot the lvl 180s. just make sure to pray mage when you fight the lvl 360(start praying when the last 180 is almost dead otherwise ull get owned) [hide]visage drop 11/01/09goals:all skills 70+ (completed)all skills 80+98% Of teenagers surround their minds with rap music, if you're part of the 2% that stayed with rock, put this in your signature, ROCK IS BETTER![/hide]
May 10, 200917 yr Killing the 360's is fairly simple; Just bring your normal firecaping gear. Getting to the 360s requires about 0 potions, and you might lose 20 bolts. For the mithril drags, just bring full void with diamond (e) and ruby (e). Use ranging potions, and an antifire pot + Dfs. Bring sharks if they hit you. ~Fire cape achieved at combat lvl 80~BLOG~blog~BLOG~blog~BLOG~blog~BLOG~blog~BLOG~blog~
May 10, 200917 yr Void is horrible on mith drags. Use karils Dragon Drops: 80+ boots, 7 med, 3 skirt, 2 left half, 2 Spear, 2 2hSlayer: 30+ whips, 4 Bows, 1 Mask, 3 Granite Legs, 1 Visage (Wyverns)Notable GWD Splits: Bandos Tassets: 12, Bandos Chest: 11, Bandos Hilt: 2Proud Slayer of 99 Att/Str/Def/HP/Range/Summoning
May 10, 200917 yr If you are going to go for killing the 360, might as well gear up to do the whole caves. It may cost a little bit more, but you have good enough stats to kill Jad.
