im in the same boat i just got my lvl 101 back from about 5 years ago but i cant play on it i had negative credit on it though..that might be whats wrong with yours

i hate you... i'm still waiting on my first main from rsc that was banned in 2005 to be unbanned.

Jagex said they will be changing the in game portion with next server reboot. You probably only have to wait until then.

Similar to what stonewall337 is suggesting, I think that it may just take a while to be accessible. You say that you "just got it back" well when did you exactly get it back? You'll probably just have to wait a day or two.
