For some reason suddenly someone is hacking in to my account. This is probably because I had a keylogger but that is now 100% fixed. Now when I appeal my account back, in a few hours HE gets it back also by appealing. This is very annoying cause he [bleep]s with my bank and sells stuff that I need for lowest price.

 

 

 

How can I solve this? I don't wanna lock my account, but if that's the only way, so be it.

 

 

 

EDIT: I've also noticed he doesn't want to like drop all my items, because when I log in after he had, I was at clan wars or w/e. I think that means he wants to just play o.O

Get it locked ASAP! Selling your items for min is the least he could be doing....

Lock the account, appeal it then change the pass and recoveries.

Lock the Account. I can lock it for you just tell me your username and I'll just type random passwords until it locks.

You keep on saying that he keeps on getting it back SOMEHOW, so obviously lock the account for now so no damage is done to your character.

But then I can't play, and when I UNlock it he will prolly be able to reappeal again :S

But it gives you time to appeal and get things sorted. It doesn't matter if you can't play, he can't either.

Hmm, true. But I've changed everything, even made my password totally random. Except for my e-mail, which I have to find out what one it is (I have like 7 -.-)

I myself have some Tracking Cookie that keeps reappearing when i scan my computer and fixes it, it might be a keylogger but idk much about computer so..

I think your char is beyond salvation, take away the membership from it and make a new one.

 

If he/she manages to get the char for themselves and you are still paying membs for it go to the police or something, best would be to contact jagexs themselves.

 

 

 

EDIT: didnt see your above post, track his IP down and call the p0l1c3, then the waaaaaaambulance cause he will get a hell of a beating ;)

 

EDIT2: also, ask jagex if they can ban his IP and fix your account back. :lol:

Well, i wish you goodluck tho. If you fail to get your char back contact jagex or the police since what hes doing is illegal.

Once I log back in I will screen the IP on the welcome screen (I have enough acc info to keep appealing tbh). My brother knows how to track stuff and I'll prolly contact JaGeX, and if they won't cooperate hard enough the police :S

Anyway, can't you just make recoveries, surely he's only recovering the account in the first place by using old passwords he's taken off you??

Im was having problems with my account like this also but i screenshotted the ip used to last login and sent it to jagex with a screenshot of my ip and they banned the hacker from getting to the website..i finally got my account back and im able to play it again
