May 19, 200917 yr I currently have a tank range that is 70 70 79. What would be the best training should I get to ape atoll and do monkey guards? Bandits using guthans? Ankous? Something else?

May 19, 200917 yr There's always a better spot with whip but it's pretty good with guthans at orks P.S. Remember to put on your amulet on unlike the guy in video and most importantly, have your invy full of supersets.

May 19, 200917 yr Honestly i have no experience tanning so I can't tell you that but killing green dragons gives half the expected xp but I am 99% sure it gives more money than tanning. Be sure to kill at chaos tunnels.

May 19, 200917 yr Assuming you're getting 99 range you can get 70 attack 79 strength. Train at armoured zombes with whip, salve (e), and void/pros/bandos. quit
