Try getting 2k kills with, then without 10 times ea, then record your results. Sig by me, in MS paint, but I'm still working on it. May 21, 200917 yr RoW can hardly decrease the addy drops as they are not located on the 'rare wheel', and since the RoW does not affect the amount of rare spots on the first (normal) wheel I wouldn't expect it to make much of a difference. :P My guide: Ring of Wealth explained 8 Dragon Boots (885 kills, 1/111, with RoW)
May 21, 200917 yr RoW lets you hit the 'rare wheel' more often. So yes, row has a negative effect on addy bar drops. Retired 2146 overall - 136 combat - 6 skillcapes Plus I think the whole teenage girl thing will end soon (hopefully), because my girlfriend is absolutely in love with him(she is 18), and im beginning to feel threatened by his [Justin Bieber] dashing looks.
