Familiar Boosts

Featured Replies

Do the invisible boosts from familiars act in the same way as visible boosts? Like, if I'm 65 firemaking but use the +10 invisible boost from a lava titan, will I be able to burn magic logs (75 firemaking)? Also, do they stack with visible boosts?

No, invisible boosts do not allow you to use things above your level.

They do stack... say you get a 5+ visible boost at 80 allowing you to mine rune, and also have a +3 invisible boost, you will be able to mine as if you have 88 mining but if there was something at 88 mining you could not mine it. Sorry if thats confusing lol.

Quit. PM me if you play The Conduit to exchange friend codes.

They do stack... say you get a 5+ visible boost, you can now mine rune, and somehow have a +3 invisible boost, you will be able to mine faster. Sorry if that is confusing lol.

Basically, invisible boost do what Combat boost does to combat. It allows you to become stronger (and in a skill's case, faster) but doesn't unlock new equipment/activities.
