How much Smithing xp would you gain before one Morphic SC hammer disappears if you make mithril bars into mith bolts?

EDIT - Also if you know how much Fletching xp you would get with a Sc Knife cutting yew logs into Yew longs, please tell.

64k for Smithing, and Fletching isn't worth it, considering 99 Fletching is close to free with magic longbows.

Yeah just so you know the only SC items you should use are hammers and needles.
