Knotch_Blade
The fan is still on, it's not hot. It's a Dell, and I've had it for 7 years, is it time to move on? My Gamercard | Click for Blog | Mining Guide | Illumination

Laura
Your hard drive failed (right?). There are two reasons to move on, A. it's a Dell and B. it's seven years old. I suppose you could just by a new HDD/SSD though.
Spartan625
Yeah, but I mean the money you put out to fix it, put your dell out of it's misery. And simply just get a new computer. =\ ^^ CLICK FOR MY DAILY LOG ^^101 runescape suggestions that don't suck.
Knotch_Blade
It's an 80$ fix. I'm going to try and get a laptop from my parents though, transfer all my files, and that PC will just die off. :P My Gamercard | Click for Blog | Mining Guide | Illumination
Georgelemmons
This happened on my uncle's Dell, but I'm not sure whether it was a glitch or not. I tried the F12 boot menu a few times, and that failed. When I went to the F2 setup, and then exited out, Windows started and my uncle hasn't shut it down since. This could be worth a try :P If it is the hard drive, you *could* buy a new hard drive, but at 7 years old, you could probably buy a $300 computer with better specs. Thanks to Uno for the awsome sig <
Sbrideau
"Previous fan failure" and "Primary hard disk drive 0 failure" is enough to tell that the computer's done for.
Your Grandpa
Yeah, that message is read 'you're screwed, go buy a new computer' If it's that old, it was about time to upgrade anyways. Nowadays, you can get a decent computer (at least 500gig hard drive, ~2Gb ram, core 2 duo or quad) for ~$
