Case of the Missing Rune Essences!

Featured Replies

After being wrongfully banned for 3 years, I have finally gotten my account back. But this was before the advent of pure essences. So when i logged on to see my bank, WHAM, all my 14 mil worth of rune ess was not there. Thus I need help or suggestions on what I should do, or should I expect these ess to be lost forever? Could this be because of a bug from being banned for so long? How should I contact Jagex about this? Thanks

jagex didn't change any regular ess that people had at the time of the update into pure ess.

They did for me. I had 80k of it I bought for 20 each in Varrock East. It's why Pure Essence is still f2p, isn't it?

Are you positive you had it when you were banned?

If you have 14 extra million in your bank, it would have probably been sold. Especially if it was a hacker, they might have dropped it.

Many believe that the 1980 eruption of Mt. Saint Helens was a catostrophic geological event, in reality it was the day that Jimi Hendrix returned to Earth from the next world and actually stood up next to a mountain and chopped it down with the edge of his hand.
