Planning Scaffold.

1.) Creation of Characters

2.) Discussion of maps

3.) Discussion of combat system

4.) Discussion of objectives and gameplay.

5.) Development of weapon ideas and stats.

Weapons

Weapons come in all different shapes and sizes. Can range from swords, axes, whips and shileds to bows, boomerangs and lances.

Depending on what level your character is, the stats of each weapon will

vary slightly. For example, if you're on level 10, a weapon might give you

a strength boost of ten points, while it gives you a boost of eleven points

once you reach level 30

Basically all weapons can be traded P2P. Some basic level weaponed can also be dropped by NPC monsters and brought from shops. Secondly, higher order weapons can be made by combining two different weapons and/or the use of souls - like in castlevania.

CASTLEVANIA REFERENCE :

Legendary weapons, made from synthesizing weapons and souls of creatures that you kill.

For example a low class weapon/soul [Caution: Jagex Rule Violation]sis would be

Short Sword with Armor Knight SOUL = Cutlass

Note because this is a low order weapon, short swords can be bought from shops and the armor knight soul is quite common.

Here you can see a whole list. [taken directly from gamefaqs]

Just something to kick ourselves off.

I'm still currently working on the combat system. Lets keep all of it simple guys and not have it like a dungeons and dragons behemoth.

this is what I mean.

each one of those links on that page opens up at least a 20 page word doc in 10pt TNR.

Keep it simple for now !

But D&D makes perfect sense!

AC: 10+DEX+Armor+Shield

Attack bonus based on class/level + STR

DMG class/level + str/dex on ranged

HP gained at each level based on class
