Correct. Desperation and The Regulators (published under a different name) to be exact. It means, "Come to me. Come to Tak, come to the old one, come to the heart of the unformed."

The only reason I knew was because I saw the movie Desperation. And I remember that Tak was yelling something at a Coyote, it got scared and ran.
