this shall be hard to explain

but anyways

back when i was a wee lil boy

in the time of being self secluded, these voices came to me

they are friendly most of the time

and they talk to me and i talk to them back, most of the time i talk to them in my head but when im alone i can talk out loud

and these voices, for what i dont know what they helped/hinder me to do, but im pretty sure theyve helped me with the lucid dreaming

it's easy to persuade and get people to say something without them noticing and all that, comprehending things, heading into the unknown but somewhere in the back of my head knowing things

its really hard to explain, but im most definitly sure these voices helped me to lucid dream

i would throw topics to the voices and it would be like a little thing playing in my head, watching them debate

and ive used that when i lucid dream and had jesus, buddha, and all these other 'gods' of religion debate with each other bout their religion, and me being the athiest and debating with them, twas very fascinating

it can bring out the things i dont know but are stuck in the back of my head

I haven't had any lucid dreams in a long time, pretty much since I was a kid, except one not too long ago which included me falling on shards of glasses, one of them piercing my entire foot, and having to pull them off one by one. It was horrifying, because I could actually feel the pain. I was scared to use that foot when I woke up, thought that if it actually touched the floor it would hurt.

 

From what I've read, one of the ways to have lucid dreams is actually being able to recall dreams, like keeping a dream log, but I'm too lazy to start writing down right after I wake up. Another method would be staying really still and counting, which will eventually convince your brain you're asleep because you're not moving, and then you start dreaming, but this has never worked for me. Well, once it almost works. I was climbing the stairs to my school, and when I finally rach the top and am about to enter my classroom, a really loud honk out of nowhere scares the [cabbage] out of me and I wake up. It sure frustrated me.

there was also a dream i had that it was like an adventure type thing, it was kinda cool. and in the dream it went on for a week or so but i was only asleep for 45 mins

I hate those dreams because I'm always confused when I wake up. Specially if I can't tell if it's day or not.

it fascinates me how dreams and reality can interact with each other

and i hate that to napalm, but its nice to get away from things and dream for what i call 'dream days'

I share bedroom with my brother, so if I want to listen to music I have to use earphones, and I hate falling asleep with those on.

 

But ambient music really helps me get in a sleepy mood, I just have to make sure to turn it off when I feel I'm ready to sleep.

 

Also, I ran out of coffee to prepare too.
