Depends on your service. To be honest I'm envious of you Americans. I haven't seen a plan yet with unlimited internet around here. Usually have bandwidth limits of like 60GB a month, which is absolutely ridiculous.

 

@istolethepie, bandwidth can mean a lot of things including internet speed. But what I'm referring to is the maximum bandwidth allowed per month.

 

eg. You're only allowed to download or upload a total of 10GB of data per month (if the plan was 10GB).

You'll find out if your mom/dad gets a notch on their internet bill for 'extra usage'.

I just figured out that most packages have like 60GB worth of bandwidth instead of the US having like 300-500GB worth for the same price as here in Canada.

And yes, they do exist, even in USA/UK, they're just so ridiculously high you won't reach them unless you're downloading like 12 movies every night.

They're being used more tbh. Just not in the US.
