Kinda, I need new games to play, Halo and COD are both boring, New Vegas is at my friends,and I can't play Minecraft, so yeah.

Mine goes from 150kb/s to 250 kb/s, and I'm not doing anything else that could be using up bandwidth. Should be going at around 400kb/s.
