Apparently he was addicted to it, like legitimately addicted to it. I guess it's like Pepsi's condition with Pepsi. If he didn't have his "fix" he would get migraines and feel sluggish.

Alright. So TVA is laying off ~120 people to save the money to construct a new power plant that will end up costing them money to operate when they could just add scrubbers to the existing plant that will pay themselves off in about 5 years. Wat.
