As long as you have the land and permits, you can fire whatever you want... I think.

He's mentioned that he owns a massive property outside of any major town/settlement.

 

But I don't think you can have a permit to fire a 40mm machine gun, or a mortar, even though it failed horribly.

I didn't believe that he actually lived in Russia. After the first day I found his videos I found out that he is American.

 

I guess I'm just a little naive about the gun laws in the United States considering how strict they are in Canada.

 

Then again, just because he's American it doesn't mean he can't own land in Russia.
