They're upper-middle class, German-descended rednecks. They generally live out in the country in respectably well-maintained hunting-lodge-ish homes, wear whatever clothing they lay their hands on (it's always clean and tidy though), have many many guns, are very loud with low-brow humour, kill many animals for food and profit, drink a lot, and most of them smoke. Classy redneck is pretty much the only way to describe them.

 

Oh, and I suppose a few do have bad teeth, now that I think about it.

I don't know what to tell you. It seems like a paradox, I'll admit, but so is an individual with both German and Texan accents and I know one of those.

 

They have all the mannerisms of rednecks, essentially, they're just cleaner than the stereotype. Better cooks, too. It might well just be a transition phase, between the older generation of prim and proper, farm-owning, respectable Germans and German-American rednecks.
