I finished my last pack of cigarettes in record and bought another one. I was considering not buying it, but I have to do the truck tomorrow which really sucks, but I"m allowed to smoke while I do so, so I kind of really want to. I don't know if I'll ever quit. Advice for anyone thinking of starting: Don't.

 

Also, I had a dream about H last night. Nothing big. She was just kind of there.

Well god [bleep]ing dammit I think all this coke is making the sugar kick in and [bleep] I don't think I'll be able to sleep well even though I haven't slept in well over 30 hours.

 

Allow me to ellaborate. I'm never hungry. I don't remember the last time I felt hungry, and I can go for days without eating without feeling hunger.

 

But I always feel like eating, that's it.

I eat to a schedule. 7:30 breakfast, 12:00 lunch, 6:30 tea/dinner.

I eat whenever I am hungry, which to be honest isn't as much as it used to be. I've lost weight and it actually feels good.

Usually when you lose weight because you eat less, it's not good, unless you used to eat large excess. It's better to eat healthier food than to eat less of the same food.

Does any person in a first world country who's not actively trying to lose weight eat healthy?
