It would appear patients 2 and 321 have gone into some form of an imaginative state, in which they are scientists experimenting on a pair of imaginary personalities to which they refer as T and ND. This development is interesting, as they both seem to be sharing the same thoughts and cooperation despite their distance in the ward. Also, patient 321 appears to have begun calling patient 2 by "Doctor Maine," and the opposite naming being "Doctor Ownage."
