And even if she doesn't, how long is she going to wait before giving up hope? There's no way of knowing. But all the while, you're getting strung along. If she's dating him just to prove to people that she can date for a certain amount of time, well that's just stupid. I don't see why she should care what other people think about her dating life, and especially not if it interferes with being with someone she claims to love.
