June 5, 200917 yr There is an equal chance everywhere you go, but you get alot less randoms now since a recent update. They were only put in place to stop autoers and there's less of them about now. Thank you to tripsis for an awesome sig!

I know you can get randoms while in ur POH but idk about the building mode part.
