I've gotten quite some barrow drops, no double loot so far. I did have a double chest with akri mace and karil's top, but I don't think that's what the "double" bonus does.

Actually, I'm using the 20m for a bgs to train attack to 99 (another story) Stop wasting money and use a whip to train attack. It is by far the best attack training weapon. Anyway, I'm currently chinning my way up to 99 hunt, and I can say it is very profitable. You can easily catch 2k+ chins a day.

You do know that a +12 attack bonus is equivalent to +12 levels in the attack skill? +12 attack bonus is not +12 levels. I believe it is. Same with strenght bonus; It adds (rune defender) 5 levels to your strenght. It makes sense that armour and weapons give you additional levels to your base stats.

Thats because you get a bigger bonus to attack with barrow gloves (+12). You only get, AT MOST, +9.9 attack with dragon slayer gloves. I am supposedly to get +13 ATTACK levels with Dragon slayer gloves. How is +12 attack bonus (Barrow) better than +13 attack levels (Dragon slayer gloves)..?? I believe the boost is calculated based on your base level. 10% of 99 is 9.9

He isn't talking about a bgs so don't bring it up and sgs is little to no cost food and prayer. And bandos is very good amour that has a strength bonus imo there worth it. SGS isn't worth its price. You can get the same pray bonus from an ancient mace spec, and little to no cost in food by using a bunyip. Sure, if you have the cash to spare, you could get it as A SPEC WEAPON. As for bandos, check my statement of Bandos is a good armour. Best ranged defence in game if I am not mistaken.

No. Equip it when you are fighting monsters that have MORE than one rare drop. That way, the ROW acts and makes the rare drop more valuable. Such are the cases stated by Inuashakent. I'd also add fire giants, black demons and any enemy that drops more than one rune item.

They are a waste if you don't have the spare cash. BGS is downright awefull, and SGS is only worth the spec. Invest in good armour and get a whip, so you can have fast tasks with little to no cost in food (if you have guthans and/or a bunyip, you're set for life). SS is great if you want to train str.

No. Ring of wealth does not affect rune drops, it affects the rare drops (should you get a rare drop, ROW increases the chances of a higher valued rare drop) Fire giants suck, to be frank. They average 100-120k of drops per hour, and thats pretty pathetic. Instead of getting rune arrows, the ROW makes him get rune scimitars. Fire giants are excellent ranged training, with some cash bonus on the side. It just depends if you want more exp or more profit.

Invalid point. The a pure's purpouse is to get high offensive stats while keeping a low combat, in order to kill people faster. Pures sacrifice defense for that purpouse. If summoning doesn't rise your combat level when pking, you are free to level it as you wish, and still be a pure.

Don't use it. Whip or sara sword are both faster killers.

You should have access to the Chaos Tunnels. Void does give defence bonuses, but they are not great. Proselyte gives you addy def with a huge pray bonus.
