The main thing is that the boosts and stats stay regardless of charge; the only difference with the cb brace is the slayer update ability. June 5, 200917 yr Super str pot boosts 20%, black mask 15%, so yeah, if you were using super str INSTEAD OF black mask of course you'd hit better... but seriously just use both.
