Laura
If we're looking at SunSpider's Javascript performance, Safari 4 tops Chrome 2.0, FF 3.5 Beta4, FF 3.0, and Opera 9.6 in that order. The same order is repeated under i-Bench's HTML comparison. Not that I'm saying Opera is no good, as it does just fall under Acid3's 100/100. Opera 10 (it's in beta right now), scores a hundred. http://dev.opera.com/articles/view/standards-support-in-opera-10-beta/#acid3
Laura
Indeed. I don't think people recommend alpha or beta software for full time use, however.
Your Grandpa
I also have this problem while playing in Chrome, though it has yet to log me off. Hopefully It'll be fixed with time =/
