1. Whenever I view posts asking for RC advice, I always see replies suggesting natures, laws, double astrals, and double natures. How come nobody suggests deaths? They are roughly the same price as law runes and give .5 more experience. Furthermore, weapons and armor can be carried into the Temple of Light.

 

 

 

2. I am considering buying Vesta's Longsword, but I have a question. If I only use it for specials, will it ever go away (when does the degrading time update, every second or every minute)?

Through the abyss deaths may be ok, but people use natures because a run can be done in ~50 seconds - astrals are also quite fast when you're on lunar.

 

 

 

Deaths are just too slow to make, therefore don't wield as much profit

Vesta's longsword will last a long time, but not forever, if used only for specials.

Ok then I don't think I want it.
