From 89-95 I've spent probably 10m+ in grey chins. 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving. Best way would be to do the quests to unlock the GWD(God Wars Dugeon ;) ) and do the monkey madness quest. Go kill the aviansies in GWD for money, they drop 4 noted addy bars quite often, untill you got enough money for chinning to 99. Rough estimate: questing will take around 5-6 hours with using a guide. Killing enough aviansies for enough chins (assuming using grey chinchompa's: 150 exp ea, cost 368 mid price in ge). You'll need to get at least 20m which will take about 50 hours if your concentrated If you plan on ever getting membership again, doing pest control minigame might be worth for the void armour set. this would take another 12 hours. Chinning itself would take some time...
