For both PvP and Bounty Hunter worlds, there should be a "deathmatch" option on other players. You can challenge players to a deathmatch while neither of you are fighting, anywhere on the PvP and BH worlds (even safe areas). While you're in a deathmatch, you can't escape, and other players can't attack you. There could also be options like in Duel Arena. Normal rules for drops etc would apply. You can of course choose to fight in normal way too.

 

 

 

What do you think? I think this would be a great idea to stop teleporting and runners for players who hate them - and it would add some excitement too!

I guess this would be a replacement of the duel arena allowing staking pretty much anywhere. Just like the old Runescape Classic's system, but with staking, etc, etc.

That's not exactly what I meant. I mean if you want to have a good fight, arrange it yourself in advance. For example, on TIF's DMR system. It doesn't have to be on the spot.
